Based in Rockdale, Texas, New Breed Racing is a drag
racing team in the NHRA & IHRA. The racing operation
was started in 2001 by Duane and Lisa Gerthe. Their
daughter Alesi Gerthe drives a Mullis Dragster and
their son Ayrton Gerthe drives a Cameron Dragster,
each powered by a Chevy. They both compete in the
8.90 Index Class. The duo began their racing careers
in the jr. dragster ranks
in 2001.
